Hey, I’m Manna

I’m a body of many rivers of migration, of ancestors who tended the land in the mountains, bones of women weaving survival in new languages, a queer spore grown from the mycelial beats of London.

These days you will find me between Montreal & London offering my 7 years experience as a bodyworker and coordinating community healing spaces.

I am a herbal medicine student & currently undertaking a 3 year Somatic Experiencing Practitioner training - both practices which I weave into my bodywork.

I studied Environmental Science at university and spent a decade engaged in various climate, migrant & health justice contexts.

My practice Healing Resistance is rooted in understanding healing as a liberatory practice and vital facilitator towards social justice & transformation.

This practice holds space for & centres those experiencing or resisting oppression & those working towards collective liberation.

I love finding joy in the small things in life & unravelling the threads of the stories of our interconnection & interbeing.
